Summer is here and so is the next cooking class in our Recipes for your CSA Series! Join us Tuesday, July 26 at Foxhollow Farm from 6-8:30PM. Learn simple, healthy, delicious recipes featuring fresh herbs, garlic, eggplant, tomatoes, peppers, green beans, summer squash, and zucchini. Let us do the sourcing, preparation, and clean up. You get to have fun in the kitchen, recipes to take home, and a seasonal supper at the end of class! Menu includes chilled soup, appetizer, entree, side, and dessert.
